Trusses
Strong, efficient, versatile frames to support your next building project. Each truss is engineered for a specific span, load, roof shape, and building condition, and provides consistent strength, dimensional accuracy, and efficient installation on site. We can accommodate complex roof forms while reducing the need for interior bearing walls.
Engineered Floors
Dusk's engineered floor systems include wood I-joists, floor trusses, and engineered wood beams. We create strong, stable floor assemblies designed to carry loads efficiently while minimizing shrinkage, twisting, and warping. Our consistent dimensions produce flatter floors and simplify installation of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Prefabricated walls
Our Prefab Wall Systems are manufactured in our Prefab Shop and delivered to the job site ready for installation. Panels can include framing, sheathing, openings for windows and doors, and other components depending on the level of prefabrication. Shorten construction schedules and minimize exposure to weather with Dusk Prefab.
In the prefab shop, we’ve taken efficiency to the next level. Using computer-guided systems and MiTek software, our team builds walls with precision and care. Workers assemble them on large tables with bright lights, ensuring every detail is spot-on. Once inspected, labeled, and loaded, the walls are ready for quick assembly at the job site. This process saves time, reduces waste, and delivers exceptional results every time.
